Coronation engaged fjmt to design and deliver this 1920 Art Deco design featuring brickwork and brass detailing. The landscape design concept was inspired by the Jazz musician and project namesake - Charlie Parker.

The ground plane street address features Art Deco, jazz like brass elements in the landscape to create an engaging space designed to create internet and draw welcome visitors and the public alike.
The elevated landscaped terrace on the first floor features an open-air pool, gymnasium and wellness space.
